Xbox Game Pass for PC on Steam

I understand, but you can add pc games to steam library even if purchased from xbox game pass. Steam is a game launcher as well.

You see, Steam and Xbox Game Pass are two different platforms.

Unfortunately, to play the game on Steam you would have to own it on Steam. :/

Game Pass PC games, are only playable on Xbox app on PC. :/

Any game i try on pc games pass like Palworld is not working,

but when i use a different application for games like Steam, the games on steam are working.

so it seems to me to be a pc games pass issue?

Sure, but that doesn't make sense when the same games have them on Steam, PS4 and Xbox console. Steam is also optional. They just decided to skip them on Game Pass for PC.

Saddly, it is not the Steam version, but the Xbox PC Game Pass version (mentioned in 1st sentence). The XBox PC Game Pass version installs it under "WindowsApps", creating a folder named "DeepSilver.SaintsRowIVRe-Elected_1.0.6.0_x64__hmv7qcest37me".
Went through the whole thing and there is no "display.ini" file in it.
