Xbox game pass for pc malfunctioning.

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Could you tell which games are experiencing this issue? The Xbox game pass ultimate on PC is only needed for you to access PERKS and also to have access to XCLOUD, so it's weird for you to have this problem.

Check if the procedures below help, please.

Solution 1: Make sure your windows are updated to the latest version, whether it's windows 10 or 11.

Solution 2: Make sure that the account in the Microsoft Store app and Xbox app are the same logged in both.

Solution 3: Log out your Microsoft store account and also the Xbox app, now type the term WSRESET in the windows search bar and run the app as administrator, a window will open, wait for the window to close automatically and restart your computer, after that login your Microsoft Store account and Xbox app again.

The problem still exists. Just note that it is a PC malfunction and not an XBOX malfunction.

You have. no need or ability to access files or to fix anything on the hard drive.

Xbox is not a PC, it's a secure platform. The games and hardware are encrypted.

If the game malfunctions, you have to reinstall it.
