xbox game pass for pc error code 0x00000001

I'm having the error code 0x00000001 as well. Can't download any games from game pass even though I have an active subscription.

Please try using a different network, it could be a mobile hotspot, also try changing the DNS on the PC

If this is something that started happen recently you could try to restore the PC to a different point before it started and then update it again

Select the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Settings.

Select Update & Security > Check for updates.

Select View optional updates, and then select update KB5004476 from the list.

Select Download and install.

Once the update is complete, restart your device.

You should now be able to install, update, and launch games.

I have every update installed and dont have anymore optional updates available. I attempted to install through windows catalogue and it says its not applicable to my computer. There is not one for 21h2. I tried the 20H2 and 21H1. If I am reading the release notes right it doesn't apply to my build. I am running 21H2 OS build 19044.1645. That update seems to only apply to OS Builds 19041.1055, 19042.1055, and 19043.1055.

Please advise.

I have done all you have stated above. Still doesn't work. Any other advice?
