Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand trying to delete a game. Have you tried to repair the game first? As there was an issue with the PC this game is most likely stuck in limbo and corrupt.

How to manually uninstall

• Click on the Start Menu, open the File Explorer (This varies depending on the Windows OS you have)
• Select This PC
• Select the C: Drive (sometimes called the Windows C
• Select the folder “Program Files (x86)” and look for this folder:
• game pass
• Right click and delete the game folder.
• Empty the recycle bin and restart the computer. (This part is REALLY important)

After looking into your issue, I have found a solution that may work for you.

Try downloading the Xbox App for your mobile device and log into it with the account that you wish to play the game with. Then try launching the game on your PC again.

If that does not work, try downloading and launching the game from the Xbox Companion App on PC.
