Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) unable to download Sea of Thieves using Xbox (beta) App

I have tried all the issues and work around on the forum and Rare forum, including updates, reset store, re-sign in. Is it also an known issues for game pass unable to download sea of thieves?

When I click install/play on (https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/p/sea-of-thieves/9p2n57mc619k?activetab=pivot:overviewtab)
it just direct me to the microsoft store app. When i click on the ... button and click install on my device, it load with [Acquiring license] then show [error] with [Code: 0x803F800E].

EDIT: this must be a joke, because when i tried it on my laptop, it is currently downloading the game without updated window 10. (my laptop also doesn't have the xbox beta app installed. Highly suspect that
xbox beta app ruined the download for me.)

Downloading SoT anniversary edition, city skyline and ACA NERO GEO metal slug right now on my laptop. (without updates on console companion, window store, window 10)

How do i rollback to test it on my PC to see if it work? Deleted old updated to make space for a window 10 clean install before realise i could just go back to previous build.

I have tried to change my region on my PC and window to UK and tried to download the game on Microsoft window store (UK browser). It is now downloading for me. It could be region issues or it is because of Netherland region issues.

Which beta app are you having issue downloading? The Xbox Console Companion App (Beta) or the Xbox Game Pass for PC app (Beta)? You'll need to have he beta companion app downloaded first before you can download the PC game pass app (beta) and you will also
need to have Windows update version 1903.

Restart your PC and then make sure you have the requirements to download the PC game pass app.

Im not on xbox, im on windows 10 but there was no option for that so I choose xbox and games...

I am using the microsoft store app. What is the xbox beta app and how can I download sea of thieves and other stuff from it.

EDIT: So the xbox beta app worked for me but I still cant download anything from the microsoft store!

If you're trying to play the Xbox Insider version of Sea of Thieves, then be aware that this was the closed Beta before the game launched.

Unless they added an Insider Version after I checked two days ago, you can't play that version, as the servers don't accept the Sea of Thieves Beta client anymore.

You will have to buy the actual game, or have an active Game Pass subscription to be able to play Sea of Thieves.

Ok so nothing is working in the Windows Store. Can you open the Powershell as Administrator and copy/paste this command

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
