Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) - not able to install/update a game

Hi

I have Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) and have been using it fine since it was launched.

Yesterday I installed Deliver Us The Moon and was playing fine last night. Today when I went to play I had an error 080073d19

AS suggested I restarted the PC and this time it told me the game had an update. Update got to 52.9MG download stopped and I got a new error 0x800704c6.

restarted again - this Deliver Us The Moon was no longer showing as one off my installed games

so tried to install again. again download stopped at 52Mg with error 0x800704c6

I have confirmed there is nothing wrong with my network connection or internet

My windows 10 is fully up to date

I have over 450GB free space on the install drive

I can download and install other games fine within the app

Is there a cache somewhere that needs to be cleared - I did search but could not see anything

any other suggestions would be greatly

Just did 2 Clean installs of Windows 10 1909.

The first install i did all windows updates/Driver updates then installed xbox pc beta game pass then installed 2 games and then attempted to install dragon center from MSI. it installed and then failed to run with the same errors i was getting before.

The second install i installed driver updates and then installed Dragon Center. Configured the system with Dragon Center. Then installed all windows updates, Xbox pc beta game pass and then installed a game and played. Dragon center still worked after playing
the game. once i restarted the computer dragon center was broken with the same errors as before. Something is breaking the program in the xbox pc game pass install.

You only can play Xbox Game Pass PC games with the last build of Windows 10. U want to update to last build, install xbox beta app and after install games.

Having this exact issue with downloading Deliver Us The Moon also, I've even downloaded other games before trying to download this one again.

I've tried every "fix" and it's still not working, would be great if this issue was addressed by the dev or Microsoft :/

I have lots of free space and I've tried twice now, even clearing all the temporary files and cache for the store and xbox app, kinda lost at this stage

I had the same Issue. I went to settings, Then Update & Security Tab, Then Delivery Optimization and turned off the allow download from other PCs. Now I'm seeing 10Mb + download speed instead of the half Mb and am
about half way through the download currently.
