    xbox game pass for pc beta issue


    So I bought a month of xbox game pass for pc and when I go to any game that is included with this pass, including the outer worlds, the install button is greyed out and cant even install any game what so ever, so im not sure if anyone else is having this
    problem and if there is a solution.

    Which beta app are you having issue downloading? The Xbox Console Companion App (Beta) or the Xbox Game Pass for PC app (Beta)? You'll need to have he beta companion app downloaded first before you can download the PC game pass app (beta) and you will also
    need to have Windows update version 1903.

    Restart your PC and then make sure you have the requirements to download the PC game pass app.

    I would recommend testing if you play another Game Pass game with Xbox Live integration, if that will show your PC account, or the account you have with the Xbox Console Companion/Xbox (Beta) app? That can identify if this is an issue with Game Pass for
    PC or something in the specific game?
