Xbox Game Pass for PC (beta) -- Any word on when Microsoft will fix this software?

Hello,

Some games simply refuse to install through the Xbox (beta) app. I got the Game Pass for PC a little while back at the recommendation of a coworker because of the low price and revolving collection of available games. Regardless of how cheap the subscription
is, if I'm paying for it there is a reasonable expectation that it should work. I've seen a lot of posts about random games that just won't launch, or won't install, for no apparent reason. That's been the case for me with the Hello Neighbor game since day
one. For other people its been Metro Exodus, or another game. I've spent a handful of hours troubleshooting this, both on my own and with community support, and there is not a solution. The only article posted by Microsoft with this error code is for the console.

I've asked community members about this before, and they confirmed that this is a Microsoft problem that they're aware of but haven't fixed (shocking). Its been some time now, so I'm wondering if there has been any word on when they're going to fix this
issue, of certain/random games not installing/launching for no apparent reason?
