XBOX Game Pass for PC App - Unable to Login / No Games Are Playable

Hi.

I have a few issues that may or may not be linked to my login issue.

1) I can login to everything (i.e. the Windows store) however I cannot login to the XBOX Game Pass App. When I click sign-in, it just 'refreshes' the page back to the main page.

2) Whenever I load a game - either through the Windows Store, the Game App or the Windows Start Menu - none of the games work. Many of them black screen, one of them doesn't allow me to 'press enter' on the main menu and two of them have issues where it cannot
find a profile for me to login with.

Can someone help me? Currently it's a bit sad downloading these games and not being able to play a single one of them.

Microsoft's help system is absolutely terrible too.

Thanks for the response. I knew that I already had an Xbox account attached and that it was something else.

That discussion worked for me. Thanks for linking it. I wasn't able to find it searching through here before.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. You can try and do what is in this
discussion. Also the
Xbox
Identity providerhas been useful in this situation. Most of all make sure the Microsoft account you have is also an Xbox account by signing into Xbox.com

You have also Xbox Game Pass and games that also are playable on PC?

Thanks for posting a solution, it didn't work for me. Just to be clear I am able to login into my Xbox live account on my Xbox console, in the PC Xbox app, and the browser. The problem is only when I open the game and the game is unable to detect/login to my Xbox live account login.
