Xbox Game Pass for PC 1€ promo

Hello, on 03.01.2020 i purchased the Game Pass for PC for 1€, since you get three months free with it. However when i go to settings inside the Xbox (Beta) app it tells me that it will run out on 04.02.2020. How do i get the free months added?

just to be sure, please also check what it shows at
http://account.microsoft.com/services

also be sure to check what date format it uses to show the end date. If it's showing MM.DD.YYYY instead of what you seem to be expecting DD.MM.YYYY then it's actually already correct.

Date format may be determined by the country region showing in the bottom left corner of the page.

It has to be some mistake. My advice is to contact Microsoft support
here.

And yes, It could be what is suggested in the post above. Have you changed your region or something on your PC?

it might be mm/dd/yyyy so itll end 2nd april 2020

The $1 promo deal is only open to new subscribers anyone who has picked it up before wont be eligible like all xbox promotions. However amazon have had 50% promos for prepaid game pass for a year
