Xbox Game Pass expired in 15 days (not trial)

Hello, I wanted to know about why I am unsuscribed to XBGM when I actually paid for a month and I never canceled my suscription?

I have thought that maybe there was an error and I paid for a trial or something, but I do not know.

Anyone who knows how to let microsoft know about this?

This is the first time I ever post, so I apologize if I am not doing it as it should be.

XBOX GAME PASS OFFER

I want to cancel the subscription of 15 days of free trial of XBOX GAME PASS, to take advantage of the offer of $ 10 pesos in the first month. The offer ends in 2 days and my free 15-day subscription ends until June 20. XBOX ONE.

Xbox Quests

In the Xbox Quests of October, it states in the terms and conditions that Xbox Live Subscribers ONLY (which I am) have to log in for 15 days, request to join 3 clubs, and sign up for the game pass trial. I already signed up for the game pass trial in July
so I cannot do that. How do I complete the quest then? I do not have the game pass so I cannot do the 4 different achievements in 4 different games.

I have 3 14 day gold trials that expire on 12-31-15 but my 12 month doesn't expire until 12-27-15. I'll give someone the 3 14 day trials for madden 25 on the XB1 or EA ACCESS. my gt is hmu if you wanna trade.

I received the email on 11/15/18. There was no expiration date on the email. I received the promotion email while I was under the 14 day free game pass trial. I tried to sign up for the 6 month promotion before the free trial expired and the offer did
not appear when I clicked on the link in the email. I reached out to xbox before the free trial expired and since no resolution has occurred many weeks and multiple phone calls later I have been charged at full retail price. Please see my open case ID

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.
