Xbox game pass error on your side

For 3 days in a row i try to buy xbox game pass services but it always says that there's a problem on you'r side can you please help me out with this problem i really want to buy a 3 month subcribtion.

How can I activate the Xbox Game Pass subscription on Windows 10?

I have a code for subscription, but when I click Redeem Code - I get error: "Activate your code on Xbox".

I do not have an Xbox.

How can I use the Xbox Game Pass subscription, for playing games from the Xbox Play Anywhere collection on Windows? (Which are included in the Xbox Game Pass)

Game pass error

if had game pass for a few months now and I tried to play sea of thieves and it' said I don' own this game.. I looks at game pass and it has said I'm not subscribed to it. I try and buy it again and it keeps on saying " error on our side please try again
later" can anyone help?

My auto-renewal is turned off at the moment. If I want to re-enable the auto-renewal it says: We ran into an error while changing your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate plan.

I think it's some server side issue

That info is wrong, so there is no page that confirms it. If you have Game Pass Ultimate, you have Xbox Live Gold, which is also valid for the Xbox 360. It's just the Game Pass side of Ultimate that doesn't work on the 360.

There is no way to even have Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Live Gold at the same time as separate subscriptions, so it has to work this way, otherwise someone who owns an Xbox One/Series console and a 360 wouldn't be able to use both consoles properly.

That said, the error you mentioned in your first post sounds like an issue with a game license, not with playing online. Are you definitely signed in with the gamertag that purchased the game? Have you tried re-downloading your profile?

Yeah its an unfortunate side effect of Game pass, sometimes your game license will be messed up. A reinstall of the game should fix it up.

Yes. That error is a XBOX Live Marketplace error. Try the above step to make sure that your XBOX is updated correctly just to be on the safe side.
