Xbox Game Pass downloads on PC will not go above 3mbps

To download the game on PC you need the Game Pass subscription for PC or Game Pass Ultimate and follow the instructions I mentioned above.

Game Pass for console will only work on console.

A lot of the time this has to do with packet loss or download and upload speed.

Try running www.pingtest.net and www.speedtest.net

Make sure your download speed is above 3mbps and your upload speed is above 1.5mbps

Also make sure on the pingtest page that you have no packet loss

This is also happening to me and a buddy of mine. We both noticed this Tuesday evening. We are both capped at 3-4mbps. Its all games. When we download a game its fine. We get the full 50mbps or higher. Other than that we are not going above 3mbps. This
needs to be fixed. I have followed everything and still nothing.

When you want a game from the game pass for PC, you need to go through the game pass for PC or the Microsoft store to download the games. They will not download from the app or console companion. Here is the
