    Xbox game pass download errors


    When a trie to install games from game pass only (not include in EA play), when it reaches 100%, it appears firstly the error 0x80070020 but then i try to reinstall the game and appears another error, 0x80070005.

    I have already tried the suggestions that some forums gave me like checking the Xbox live status, reinstalling the Xbox app, restar the PC and checking the Xbox network on Windows settings. What should I do?

    What is happening to prevent her from playing her games? Is she getting error codes and if so, what are the specific error messages? Are these disc based games or digital downloads? Does her account have a subscription to Xbox Live Gold, Game Pass, or Game Pass Ultimate?
