    Xbox Game Pass double charged.


    On December 25 2017 my Xbox One told me that my Xbox Game Pass had expired so I paid £1 to renew the subscription presuming that the subscription had not auto renewed, however I have just received my credit card breakdown and can see that the £7.99 had been
    taken out on the December 18 2017. Is their a way I can have the £1 transferred to my Microsoft account to be spent on my next purchase as I have had no look finding out how to contact Microsoft about this issue.

    Paid for Battlefirlf Premium still got charged....

    For future reference when buying season passes you should always purchase the add-on content in game or you will be double charged

    You'll have to contact customer support. But I'm pretty sure you're out of luck. When you buy the season pass of a game you need to be sure to download the 'already paid for content' through the game. Or else you'll get double charged like what happened.

    Double check on account.microsoft.com to see if you do have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. If you only have Xbox Game Pass, then that will be why you were charged for EA Play.
