Xbox game pass doesn't launch games

What are your computer specs: CPU, RAM, SDD or HDD and space of each?

Though I am asking, please understand that once the issue is solved for OP this thread will be closed regardless if I can help you or not and it will force you to make a new thread. If by reading and comparing your situation to OP and find it similar in conditions (PC specs, etc) then you should attempt what I am recommending to OP. If not, I highly recommend making a separate post with details such as you PC specs, where the games are downloaded, how often it happens, when it happens, if it happens immediately after a clean boot or after the PC has been on for a while, etc etc.

I say this because, I feel as though this issue is down to hardware and if yours is not - this thread will not help you, and making your own would benefit you more.

I'm experiencing the same issues as the other fella's in this thread. Did everything I found in the forums to get rid of it but nothing seems to help.

I've got only one game outta 5 in my libary and I can't start/open anything.

Last time i've play with the game pass was around 2 weeks ago, and everything worked perfectly fine just then.

actually 3 or 4 times some error occur where it says we will update the app then run it or something like that then after 1 min or less the game open

At this point, I can confidently say after everything in this thread that is not necessarily a software issue - thus not necessarily something Xbox can repair. Your programs work fine, your games, when they run are running without error the only issue here in the loading time of your games. Had you seen an error in the Microsoft Store App, the Xbox App, or your Operating system - then I would be more inclined to peg it as a software issue.

I would highly suggest looking at what Nursemorph said earlier about the HDD and SSD and where these games are downloaded, I would investigate the capabilities of your CPU, you may be asking your Ryzen 3 to do the job that a Ryzen 5 or 7 could handle normally. But as far as Xbox goes - this isn't necessarily something we can fix from what I can tell.

Unless there is pertinent information that you have to point it to a software issue over a hardware issue either by error codes, crashes of software or programs the event viewer is probably the last place to see if it is a presenting error on your PC. In tandem, the fact that it's not even crashing, just loading slowly is pointing more towards hardware over software.
