Xbox Game Pass does not show up on my Xbox Account

Hi-

I purchased an Xbox Game Pass a few days ago and although it shows up just fine on the Microsoft Account side of the house, my Xbox account has no idea that it's been active. I worked with an agent through virtual chat and we cancelled the pass and re purchased
it, nothing changed. I thought perhaps it needed some time to sync over so I waited to see. I've since been billed again by MS for the pass, but Xbox is unaware. Also, even within the Microsoft store, I can not access any game pass games. It's only inside
my Account/ Subscriptions that I can see the game pass is active. Help?

Child account not showing on Xbox privacy and online safety page

Hi, my Son's Xbox account does not show up as part of my family on the Xbox privacy and online safety page. I don't know why not, as my daughter's account does and as far as I know I set the accounts up the same.

All my children show up as part of my Microsoft family, just not Xbox family. Any suggestions?

Playing on an Xbox one. I do not have access to my account on my Xbox 360. The gamer tag of this account is spartanwarblade. I've tried resetting the password for my account with the linked email. But the account on my Xbox, soartanwarblade, dose not show
up and instead gives me a whole new account. How do I login to my same account on my xbox 360, to my Xbox one.

Its the same Account on my XBox and on here. The Subscription doesnt show up there too. Does my Subscription stop when i purchase xbox game pass ultimate? Maybe thats why its gone cause my XBox game pass ultimate just expired

My girlfriend had recently got game pass ultimate and we said we would gameshare it. Her home xbox is my xbox and my accounts home xbox is on her console. The subscription is only showing up on her xbox and is not transferring to mine also how do i fix this?

Gamesharing through the "Home" feature does not share the Ultimate subscription. "Home" console lets you play any of her purchased and downloaded games even if they are from Game Pass. Your account will not show as having Ultimate, and your account will not be able to utilize Game Pass PC or cloud gaming. Those features are only for the account that actually purchased Game Pass Ultimate.

When you go into my games and apps and highlight the game and hit the menu button on the controller (small round button to the right of the big xbox button) it should bring up a menu with a choice to manage game.

As long as you are signed into the account that purchased it or the xbox is set as that accounts home console then any DLC including season passes should show up there and say whether its installed or not and if not give you the option to install it.

If it is not showing up there then either the account you are signed into is not the one that purchased it or the account that did purchase it does not have that console set as its home console.

Another thing that could have happened is that the season pass was refunded for some reason.

You can check the order history for the account by signing into it at account.microsoft.com and make sure the purchase still shows as completed.

Hi I have a moga xp5x+ and Microsoft Xbox pass does not recognize it as connected in the app but my computer shows connected to moga so I am not able to play games on Microsoft Xbox pass since it's not detected . I am using wired as my controller doesn't even show up in Bluetooth menu at all.
