    Xbox Game Pass Code Wont Redeem on Mobile


    I bought the Samsung Note 20 5g and it came with the Moga controller and 3 months of game pass subscription. Well I followed the instructions in the email that came with the phone and the link takes me to where I need to redeem it. I type in the code there
    and it says that I need to redeem on my console (picture is attached). I tried to redeem on Xbox and it doesn't accept it and says I need to follow the instructions that came with the code. So here I am. Does anyone know how to fix this? I requested a phone
    call from Xbox support and they called me 2 hours later for me to be greeted with 30 minutes of complete silence and then the line disconnected.

    How to redeem Game Pass Perks on the Mobile App, etc?

    The Game Pass app doesn't have a space to redeem codes for the store/DLC.

    For that, you can redeem the code through the Xbox App (on mobile, or even on the computer) > Store > redeem a code.

    Or through the spaces noted in the FAQ that was posted.
