Xbox game pass code problem.

Er...my question is that a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code', right?

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.

it is the code for the games season pass, on the sheet, it says on the Xbox console go to the Xbox store and choose use code, and this is where the problem lies, when I choose to use code I get an infinite loading screen so I can not put the code in

If the code itself has expired there may not be anything that can be done. If you purchased promotional codes from them, they would have an expiry date. Though most stores should let you know this information when you bought them. My recommendation
would be to contact the store and ask to speak with a manager regarding the issue.
