"Xbox Game Pass," [Can't Sign In, Or Play Games?]

I have the Game Pass, which has been working fine until recently. First, I notice that for every game I install, it creates a hidden partition on the drive, which really had me puzzled trying to figure out what was doing it. However, I understand that its
to prevent any alterations to the games, and any attempt to try and pirate it. I am sure there are ways, but this would obviously make it more difficult. Either way, no problem, I get it, and it is doing no harm at least that I am aware of.

On the other hand, I tried opening the Xbox Game Pass Beta App, and when attempting to play any game, they close out immediately. I noticed that it says I am not signed in, so when I select the option to sign in, nothing happens. Nothing comes up giving
the option. This is very frustrating in general relating to the Microsoft Store App, which I have had numerous problems with not allowing Apps to install, etc. In fact, it is a common problem for most people, and it is irritating that Microsoft still hasn't
come up with a solution, though aware of these issues. You try and research the problem, and end up going in circles. The suggested solution never works, and you would think being Microsoft, with all the Super Brainiac affiliated with, would have already come
up with a solution.

Finally, I hope that they fix the problem, as opposed to me being so irritable that I have to spend the hours reformatting, and installing everything just to get it to work again. Therefore, could someone trained, and knowledgeable from Microsoft please
respond with a solution, as opposed to expecting the general public to figure it out? I mean, we pay enough for your software, I am Microsoft can afford to have an employee to figure out an actual solution to the problem right? Thanks...
