Xbox Game Pass cant download F1 2019 / No man's sky

Hello.

I bought Xbox Game Pass and I can't download F1 2019 and No man's sky. I tried to download other games like FIFA 2021 / Zoo Tycoon and I can download it without problems. When I try to download F1 2019 I got error message 0x87e00017 at 0% of download. Can someone help me to solve my problem? Btw I am using PC and I updated everything (windows 11, microsoft store, repaired Xbox app..).

I just unplugged ethernet cable and put it back. My game started downloading and I hope it works now. Thanks Francia

Hi Grgo, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

As I have checked this seems like an issue with your Internet Service Provider as there are some components that they're restricting. You may need to reach out to them and have them allow all possible restrictions on your end.

I have the same problem.

I can't download certain software from the MS Store or Xbox (beta).

For example,

”Microsoft Flight Simulator”

”F1 2019”

But, I can download “Forza Horizon 4” etc...

I changed my local account and Microsoft account (and re-contracted the xbox game pass), but it didn't work.

I cant download Empire of the Sky either and now I cant download Into the abyss either and i have season pass. What the Fudge

It would be cool to see A Hat in Time, No Man's Sky, and Subnautica come to game pass.
