Xbox Game Pass can't change app install location

If you want to change the install location you have to remove the app and install it on the same drive you want the games you download from it to install to.

So i see the problem is with WindowsApp folder that i can't delete. Already changed permissions and still getting error. All i can see its OuterWorlds from Xbox Beta App. Already uninstalled 4 months ago. So how is this even possible? How can i delete
it ?

Although you can change the default installation location in the app's settings, some users have also told me that the app still returns to the C: drive by default. This could be a bug or a problem with the app.

Make sure that you have enough free space on your D drive to install the games.
