Xbox Game Pass Bug

Try accessing game pass from your phone or tablet. Could be a bug in the xbox menu

Here is a link to the page you can download the PC Game Pass app from. Also this version of Game Pass is still new and in its Beta so there's bound to be some
bugs.

If you don't see the Game Pass listed in your active subscriptions, then you should do one or both of the following:

• Visit account.microsoft.com and click Payments & Billing and select Order History. From there find a purchase (any purchase will do) and click Get Order Help underneath it. That will take you to a page that has details on how to get in contact with the
  Billing department to help identify where that charge is coming from
• You might also want to contact your banking institution for the card that is being charged and have them block that charge if you're not subscribed to Game Pass but see a charge for it. Especially if Billing can't help in identify the account incurring
  the charges if not your own.

At first check the location set on your XBox

Select Settings > All Settings > System > Language & Location.

Make sure everything is allright there.

Kindly check the status of your subscription by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services, if it’s cancelled and you have been charged you can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here:
