comprei a gamepass de 1 real pro pc, usei mas esqueci de desativar a cobrança, agora quero cancelar e diz que eu não posso pois já foi paga, mas eu não irei usar pois nem jogo mais, queria um reembolso urgente desse gamepass, me ajudem!!

Hi Dawn,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you want to cancel a subscription. When cancelling a subscription, you need to turn off the auto renew first. Once that is off, then a subscription can be cancelled. Here is a guide to
turn off recurring charge.

Yes, as per the
Xbox Games Pass Ultimate page, it states "Maximum 36 months of redeemed Xbox Game Pass Ultimate per account at a time, including any converted time from Xbox Live Gold and/or Xbox Game Pass (for PC or console)."

Entendi, mas estou vendo que a assinatura ela custa R$40,00/ mês, se eu comprar 5 meses eu serei cobrado no final do primeiro mês, acrescentando assim +1 mês ou tem como eu comprar apenas 5 meses e não ser cobrado depois?

Olá, tenho xbox 360 original, compro jogos originais geralmente(DVD ROM) veem em português (pelo menos legenda), todos os jogos que eu compro na live não vem com suporte nem de legenda pt-br. acho que a microsoft esta **** para nós brasileiros, existe uma
parcela significativa de pessoas, que comprar pelo menos 1 jogo por mês devido a faixa de peço no geral passar de R$ 150,00. Penso que se a microsoft quisesse poderia pelo menos vender os jogos na live com legenda Pt-br, mas não percebo esse interesse.
