Xbox Game Pass (Beta) Error code:0x800700b7

When downloading some games from the Xbox beta app, they will either fail halfway through downloading if they're a large game, or fail after they've finished downloading (Error code 0x800700b7). This only occurs to recently added games to Xbox game pass;
goat simulator, ori and the blind forest, and superhot all worked fine.

I've spent many hours trying to fix this and have tried every solution I can find online, but none have worked.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that several games are not able to finish downloading through the Xbox (beta) App. We recommend making sure that

Windows 10 is up to date. Also, you can try initiating the installation from the Microsoft Store App. If this does not resolve the issue, we suggest performing

a clean boot before installing the game(s). A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs,
so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

Yes, but when using the error code look up tool nothing comes up for the error code I'm getting, 0x800700b7.

Yes when I launch the game, it will launch the games start screen for 5 seconds then pop the error code. Gives the 0x800700b7 when Fall Guys is installed to the internal SSD and also when it’s installed to the Expansion Card
