Xbox Game Pass (Beta) Error code:0x80070005

I am trying to preinstall the game through my xbox pc game pass but keep getting the following error code (0x80070005).

Yeah I have no issues on xbox one but every other game (excluding xbox play anywhere titles) I have tried to download on the xbox (beta) pc app just gives me error code 0x80070005

1 - Uninstalled xbox beta app

2 - Started cmd.exe as an administrator

3 - Run sfc / scannow

4 - Restart the PC and reinstall the app from https://www.xbox.com/it-IT/xbox-game-pass/pc-games?xr=shellnav
