    I recently got the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, and I enjoy the variety of games presented that I see on Xbox.

    I've tried getting the Xbox Game Pass (Beta) app on my PC, and it will not install. I have the Xbox Companion App and the Xbox (Beta) App as well, and those seem to work fine. But when I try to install the Game Pass app, it downloads the installer, and when
    I run the installer, after hitting the install button, the install progress bar starts, but it never moves. I waited 10 minutes to see if there was even the slightest bit of progress, but absolutely none was made.

    My wifi is more than capable of making at least some progress, no matter how big the app is (considering the down/up speeds are 400/400),

    I've installed and uninstalled multiple installers to see if that would work, but that didn't,

    I've restarted my computer to see if that would also work, and that also didn't work.

    I even looked at another thread that had the same issue, but the way that they said to solve the issue did not work for me (PowerShell did not say it had access to delete the installer).

    I just want to fully utilize my game pass subscription, so I want to figure out how to install this app.

    Any help that anyone can give me is needed and appreciated. Thank you!

    Game Pass on PC not working.

    So on your PC you need to make sure the
    game pass ultimate account is signed into the
    Microsoft store app, You might want to try installing the
    xbox(beta) app     on windows as well and try downloading from there.

    Not all of the game pass games between Xbox and PC are the same, the xbox(beta) app will show you all the available and installed windows game pass games

    In order to install this game or any game from the Microsoft Store App, you will need to ensure your Windows 10 device is on a 1903 OS build or greater (Current 1909). The easiest way to ensure your PC is ready to go for this game and any other game
    that comes to Game Pass for PC is to install the Xbox (Beta) App with the steps posted here. This will force the PC to install
    an OS version that can run all Game Pass for PC games and allow users to easily find them inside the Xbox (Beta) App.

    Let us know if you have the most recent OS build for Windows and the Xbox (Beta) App and try installing the game from the app as well.
