Resiente mente mi xbox game pass se renovó con tarjeta de crédito, el dinero se cobro pero el servicio no se activo.

Dentro en el historial de pedidos y aparece compra pendiente

¿Que debo hacer?

Hi there Steven,

First thing that I would do is to restart the console. If you recently reactivated the subscription the system may just need to be restarted for it to take effect.

Contact Xbox Support to get further assistance with this issue.

Once on the site go ahead and follow the steps as listed below.

Select Xbox One
Select See other options and then under My account select See my purchase history
Select Show contact options
Chat with Xbox Support or Request a call from Support

Give this a try and let us know if this has worked.

"Upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. If you have any prepaid time on Xbox Live Gold and/or Xbox Game Pass when you join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, we’ll apply it to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, up to a maximum
of 36 months."

You're right, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes both Xbox Game Pass for consoles and Xbox Game Pass for PC.
