Xbox game pass app started crashing every few seconds the MOMENT I subscribed to Ultimate.

Hello fellow gamers,

So, I have the weirdest issue going on with Xbox Game Pass. I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and installed Xbox Game Pass on it. It worked perfectly fine (in the sense that I could scroll through and see the entire library of games). However, I still needed a subscription. The MOMENT I subscribed to Ultimate, the game pass app crashed. Everytime I load it now, it crashes after just a few seconds. After testing my friend's account and a fake account, we found something weird. You can log into an account without ultimate on my phone just fine but you can't log into an account with ultimate without the app crashing. Even weirder, the game pass app still runs just fine on my other phone with this account. Does anybody have any idea with what may be going on? I am completely befuddled.

I have this same problem on my samsung A12, any time I sign in to my account it crashes after a few seconds

Have the same issue for about 3 months now on my note 10+ as soon as I sign in, the app starts to crash again. With everyone being on samsung I want to say it's an compatibility issue with the devices. Why hasn't xbox worked on fixing this yet? 🤦🏼 canceling until they fix this bs.
