Xbox game pass app only shows install to

Recently my game pass app no longer shows the play now on cloud game options. I was able to play recently on 6/25 however now 6/29 the options are gone. Have an Android 12 Samsung A32. Have reinstalled the app and reselected country. Would really like to continue playing on mobile so any suggestions would be great

If you try with another device like PC, are you able to play on Xbox.com/play ?
May I know if you already tried using a different wifi network or use temporarily your mobile data if available.

By the way, which region is set on your Microsoft account?

Do you have an external hard drive attached to the console? It will only show "launch on console" on the Xbox app if there's a pending installation on your console though so make sure to cancel everything and use Xbox app not Xbox game pass app.

The games don't show up in the apps list. I can't cancel or download the games through the Microsoft Store, it requires me to install said games through the Xbox app (game pass games). I tried wsreset, but it didn't resolve the issue, as the 2 games still show up as ready to install, and I can't do anything except view the installs in the Xbox app

I'm using android version 11, I've tried the game pass app and the game pass beta app, and my account has game pass ultimate. This problem only exists on my Galaxy S20 FE phone, but everything works fine on my Galaxy Tab A tablet. UPDATE: As of today, the GAME PASS app says INSTALL TO for all games, and the GAME PASS BETA app shows the PLAY button darkened and not working for all games.
