Xbox Game pass app doesn't work

Good morning. The game pass app doesn't work eighter.

Did everything as said. Unfortunately, still doesn't work. Exactly the same issue still occurs on the other admin account created - the Xbox app doesn't fetch the Game Pass subscription.

I tried all 3 suggestions. Currently, the regular game pass app says "install to" for cloud games, and the game pass beta app has the "play" button dimmed for cloud games and doesn't work.

Hey, I have the same problem and this doesn't work for me.

I assumed you meant that we should reset the xbox app (there isn't an app called xbox game pass)

Is there anything else I could try?

So, the thing I found as a way to get around it is to close the game pass app. Open the store app and try download it through that. Not sure why the game pass app doesn't work so well, but the store app seemed to get me much better speed.s
