Xbox Game Pass and Paypal - Bonus month

Hello,

I bought xbox game pass for 1 month, from this site:

I paid with my PayPal.

There past more than 14 days since I bought this subscription, and I didn't get bonus 1 month xbox game pass code.

Why?

Note, the offer does state it is for new members only. So if you've previously had Game Pass, you would not be eligible for the free month.

Did not receive 1-month GamePass code with PayPal GamePass purchase

Hi there!

On our promotions website it states this:

"Update October 10th, 2018: This bonus 1-month Xbox Game Pass offer is only available for new Xbox Game Pass Users. "

It also states that your bonus code will arrive via the Xbox message center within 2 weeks of purchase if the requirements are met for the promotion.

Don't worry as long as the promotions requirements have been met you will be receiving your additional promotional code. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your bonus 1-month code via the Xbox Message Center. Please give it a little more time and you should
receive a message in your Xbox Live Messages soon.

Hi there,

just to be sure did you check your Xbox Live Messages?

Also be aware that it might take a bit longer then 2 weeks since how I read the promotion is that it will take at least two weeks before you will reiceve the message/code.

If you haven't received the code afte a total of 4 weeks then you might want to contact Xbox Support to see if they can see what happened

I bought xbox game pass 18 october, so yesterday past whole 4 weeks, and message with bonus month didn't came. I contacted with support, but they can't help me. They said, I must ask a questions on this forum and somebody help me. I guess the bonus code
just gone

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. When the promotion was still up on Xbox.com, these were the terms for Existing subscribers :
"*Existing Xbox Game Pass members who use PayPal as their recurring billing payment method and make an automatic Game Pass monthly payment will be entered into the sweepstakes; they will not receive a bonus 1-month bonus Game Pass."

So it seems like existing subscribers got signed up for a sweepstakes instead of getting the bonus month automatically.

Were you a new subscriber or an existing subscriber to game pass? The promotion was for new members existing member will be entered into a sweepstakes.

Same here. Paid for one month of Game Pass on 16th October and never received my free one-month code. I started a thread in this same forum where a few others also replied to saying they never received their codes either: Forum

I also noticed there are people over on HotUKDeals who haven't received their codes either.

I raised on Twitter and got no response (beyond the you usual 'must wait 2 weeks' - as if people never read my original message)
I spoke to someone on CS who couldn't do anything
I raised a post on this forum like yourself. No meaningful response to date

I personally find it a bad CS experience and I'm unhappy. I will be very wary of 'free' month or PayPal promotions again if the code is never received.
