Discus and support Xbox Game Pass and Disney+ in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Can anyone tell me why I can't claim my Disney + code?     Can anyone tell me why I can't claim my Disney + code?

    It's worthy to mention that it is still 01/31 where I live so the code shouldn't be expired already, and even the promotion banner is still active but the link to is not ...

    I don't see the Disney Plus perk in Game Pass Ultimate perks

    Yet, the official press release says that doesn't matter.

    "Whether you claimed the previous Disney+ Perk or not, Ultimate members who do not currently have an active Disney+ subscription will be eligible to claim the 30-day subscription trial through the Perks Gallery on their Xbox console, on the Xbox app for Windows PC, or through the Xbox Game Pass mobile app on iOS and Android."

    I don't see the Disney Plus perk in Game Pass Ultimate perks

    Disney+ perk did not show for me in the Xbox app on PC. It did show on the Game Pass app on iPad, but said it could only be claimed on PC or Xbox. I was able to claim it through the Game Pass app on Android. (In the UK. Had done a 30-day Disney+ trial earlier this year already.)

    Also check which app you use. Most platforms have several (Xbox app, Game Pass app, ..) and not all show perks.

    Disney Support told me I had to click on "benefits" on my Xbox game pass ultimate and should follow the instructions. How do I get "advantages" with the xbox game pass?

    I tried checking the Game Pass app on iPad assuming that is classed as mobile app? Disney+ wasn't there.

    Rush: a Disney Pixar adventure crashes everytime too. Gets to the start screen then the game just exits. I have 0 problems with any other game on game pass .. only these disney games which sucks bc my 4 year old is in tears at the moment
