Dear microsoft

Ive bought 2 AMD ryzen 7 5800X and this was encluded with Xbox Game Pass 1 month.

i cant the email sent to me with the code to use it

i can verify my CPU purchase therefore that my purchase was applicable to that offer

Probabily you get the xbox code in the AMD website. Try to redeem it in
AMD Rewards, just insert your coupon code and you will receive the Game Pass code.

Remember that you will need to have a AMD account to access the AMD coupon redeem page.

Where did you purchase the device from? The region you got it from and the region of the account needs to match in order to redeem the subscription.

Also it might not work if you have had Game Pass in the past as the trial subscriptions only works on account that haven't used Game Pass in the past.
