Xbox game pass already linked to an EA account

Hello,

I have an issue with my xbox game pass. We already know that if u buy the pass is comes already with EA pass, only if u link the both account, but when i tried to link my xbox account to my EA account, it was already linked to another strange account. I was like, "ok, nevermind, i'll create another xbox account and i'll purchase again the pass", but after i've done this, the another account, that was new, was again already linked to the same strange EA account.

I really need some help with this thing, i already talk to the EA costumers and the only thing that they can do is the same thing that i can do, to unlink the both account only knowing that strange EA account... so what can i do?

Could I know if you already linked the Microsoft account that has Game Pass active and your EA account?
This question is asked because according to the following FAQ, “To get started on PC, Ultimate and PC Game Pass members will first need to link their Xbox and EA accounts and make sure they have the EA app installed on their PC. The Xbox app for Windows PC will walk you through the setup process.

If you have played an EA Play game on your console, your Xbox, and EA accounts are likely linked, so you should ensure you sign in to the Xbox app for Windows PC with that same Xbox account you use for console.

Once you have installed the EA app and link your accounts you will be able to browse the EA Play catalog and download games through the Xbox app for Windows PC via the EA app.”

I don't know if this solves your issue or not,

If you have an old EA account and you want to connect it to an Xbox Live account.

Just make the email for your Xbox Live account the same as Origin, and after linking change everything back.

when playing ea games on console it usually created an ea account and linked it,

select the xbox logo and sign in with your xbox account, you can then see which account its linked too, you can unlink if needs be but make sure you want to do this.

If you had a previous account linking and it doesnt say "EA play with game pass" under settings-> my account -> my membership in EA Desktop app then I suggest

- Clicking Manage from the settings in EA Desktop app to go to the EA customer portal website and under Connections disconnect the xbox account

- Then log out of EA Desktop and exit both apps

- Then install a EA game from xbox app

It will log you into EA Desktop and link accounts giving "EA play with game pass" membership and start downloading from EA Desktop app

Note it says you can only ever link one xbox account to your EA account
