    Hello.I HAVE A CD WITH AREDEEEM CODE BOUGHT FOR MY XBOX S.I REDEEM MY CODE ,BUT IT STILL SHOW ME THAT I CAN PLAY ( BUT JUST WITH MY CD ON THE XBOX CONSOLE )OR BU IT TO OWN IT. MY QUESTION IS I CAN DOWNLOAD GTA 5 ON PC WITHOUTH BUY IT AGAIN?I
    HAVE READ THAT NOW YOU CAN GATE YOUR XBOX GAME ON PC.I TRY TO REDEEM THE SAME CODE ,BUT IT SAY TO BUY FOR 22 DOLARS

    PC for Xbox and Xbox for PC game

    If it is a Play Anywhere title then yes, you can download it and play on both Xbox and PC for nothing but if it is not a Play Anywhere title game then you would have to buy it twice, once for PC and once for Xbox.

    Hey Daniel thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us!

    First things first a bit of clarity, as stated on our
    Play Anywhere     page: When you buy an Xbox Play Anywhere digital game through the Xbox Store or the Windows Store, it’s yours to play on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC at no additional cost. To take advantage of Xbox Play Anywhere, you will need to
    have installed the Windows 10 Anniversary Edition update on your PC, as well as the latest update on your Xbox One console. Then, simply log into your Xbox Live/Microsoft account and your Xbox Play Anywhere games will be available to download. On your Xbox
    One, games will show as “Ready to Install” under “My Games and Apps”. On your Windows 10 PC, games will appear in “My Library.”

    So in short, if the game is owned digitally the title is play anywhere this does not apply to physical copies. Hope this helps, feel free to let us know how it goes and if we can further assist in this or any other matter!

    Not all games on the Xbox One are able to be played on Windows 10. Only games that have Play Anywhere specifically enabled are able to be purchased once and played on the Xbox One or on Windows 10. Also you would have to purchase a digital version of the
    game to be able to take advantage of a play anywhere title.

    Xbox One games themselves cannot be played on the PC. You can however download PC games that are Xbox Live enabled. Some of these are Xbox Play Anywhere games, and as was stated, there is Xbox Game Pass for PC which lets you play over one hundred PC games.
    These are a mix of PC games & Xbox Live enabled PC games.

    Microsoft/Xbox allows players to "Buy once, Play Anywhere" on PC or Xbox. The game list is extensive but does not cover all.

    Simply visit

    https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/xbox-play-anywhere

    if you own the game (make sure to sign in first) you can play any of those games, on PC or Xbox.

    Xbox Game Pass Owners have access to the Xbox App (PC) games that are installable to PC and Xbox.

    Visit https://www.xbox.com/en-US/apps/xbox-app-for-pc for Xbox App (PC) for the official app for PC.

    If I buy Ultimate on my pc will it also work for Xbox?

    Game Pass Ultimate contains Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, EA Play (XBOX & PC), Cloud Gaming, and Xbox Live Gold. So yes, it will work on Xbox and PC.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Xbox game pass for PC is strictly games for the PC. You do not need an Xbox console. The Xbox beta app is downloadable on the PC itself. Here is a
