    Xbox game/Netflix Weird green-Yellow hue


    Earlier while I was playing games, the yellow color was washed out and green has kinda taken over.

    The top image is how it normally looked and the bottom is how it was looking. After awhile it was ok, but now it's affecting Netflix. Does anyone know what the cause is and how to fix it??

    I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing some issues with your console.

    - May I ask which Xbox model you are using?

    - Is HDR enabled on your TV? if it is, It's possible the green tint is being caused by your HDR settings. Please try disabling it at Settings > General > TV & display options > Video modes.

    - I'd also suggest trying your console with a different TV and a different HDMI cable.

    Yes tried this but left for a few hours, seems to have worked.

    That's exactly right, tried my frees at box with the cable with no problem, even tried swapping them around no different.

    A hard reset may solve this problem. Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable. Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console

    My TVs fine I've tried my free sat box with the Xbox hdmi leads and that is okay, I even put the lead I use for free sat into the Xbox but still has the green hue, plus my tv is only two months old.
