    Xbox Game - "Kinect Sports"


    On 5th Nov. 14, Ihave purchased on-line the Xbox Game "Kinect Sports" from the Xbox website, presuming that it is a CD. A gift to my grandson who has the Xbox Kinect console. He does not reside with me. I was surprised to learn that I need to download
    the game on the Xbox, which I do not have. As I am unable to download the game, is it possible to get a refund for the payment of Rs.749.00 made through Credit Card.

    You would need to contact support directly and speak to billing to see if they can, however everything on the marketplace does state that there are no refunds. So there is no guarantee.

    Microsoft Store shows a list of all the Kinect Sports games     that are available. The only one available at the moment is Kinect Sports Rivals for Xbox One. Since Kinect Sports Season 1 is not available in the Microsoft Store, it cannot be purchased on an
    account. If you purchased the game in the past, you can still
    download the game from an Xbox 360 through your download history    . We hope this information helps
