    Xbox Game issues: Chicken errors


    So I am attempting to play Destiny 2 and it will not connect to their servers; giving me the Chicken error which is code for connectivity issues. I attempted to restart my modem and it still did nothing. When I tried playing Fortnite it wouldn't connect
    at all and reinstalling is taking a lot longer than it should. 2 different games being inaccessible is not a coincidence and I can't seem to solve the issue. My network connections all read normal and nothing appears to be wrong with my internet. Not sure
    what else to do.

    Hello SgtZPepper,

    Does other games besides these two have online issues too?

    I would ask you if you can try to clear your XBox One caché and try again :

    1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
    2. Unplug the power brick from the back of the Xbox. Press and hold the power button on the Xbox several times to expel any remaining power and clear the cache.
    3. Plug in the power brick.
    4. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
    5. Turn the Xbox back on as you would normally.

    Xbox One Unresponsive

    I also am having unresponsive Xbox Issues, but in a different way. I am attempting to access Xbox Live games, but for some reason I cannot connect to their servers. I tried Destiny 2 (which gave me the chicken error), Borderlands, and Fortnite and I can't
    connect with any of them. I checked all my connections and everything seems to be working, but for some reason nothing will work. Ordinarily I would blame the games, but 3 different games with little to no access or connection? That has to be an Xbox error.

    I'm looking for the chicken suit as well. I'm pretty new to XBOX and online gaming, so appreciate any help or suggestions! I don't have much gold but might be able to trade a weapon for the chicken suit. Thanks much in advance.
