Xbox game is asking me to re-purchase

I was playing ColdWar using the week free trial, once that was up i bought the ultimate edition through Warzone which gave me the 20 tier skips and other extras...

After playing it for roughly a month i was getting faults like being kicked out of games and disconnecting from the host errors so i uninstalled and reinstalled ColdWar and it asked for me to repurchase so i unistalled and reinstalled Warzone as well with purchasing the ultimate edition through Warzone, however now when i load ColdWar it's refusing to connect to the online services and it takes me to the microsoft store asking me to rebuy it again... Warzone is working

I've checked the account which i purchased the edition on and it's definitely downloaded and not missing any extras to it...

Tried logging out and back in - doesn't work

Unplugged cables and plugged them back in - doesn't work

Reset console keeping games & apps - doesn't work

Any other solutions to solve this problem??

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. I want you not to worry about the situation because I am here to help you out!

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If the issue persists, please try to check you games in the order games history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

That's strange.
This can be a bit odd, but please try this:

go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.
When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console > re-add your account and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.

(If that doesn't work use 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary)

If the issue persists and in order to isolate the issue a bit more. Can you try downloading the game on a different console?

Thanks, that's odd.
Just to confirm, are you trying to install the game via Microsoft store or do you go to your owned games and apps and you installed the game from there?

Or... Is this happening no matter how you try to install the game?

happening no matter how i install the game and no matter what i try on cold war it just won’t work
