XBOX Game (Halo: the Master Chieft collection) Redeemed on PC not showing up on XBOX

Game was redeemed on May 24th via PC and shows up in my order history but it has never shown up on our Xbox. I've tried just about everything and cannot get it to work, much to my sons dismay. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you buy the PC version or the Xbox version? If it was the Xbox version, are you signed into the same account that purchased it on the Xbox?

Yes, purchased the XBOX ONE version and I'm signed into the same account on the Xbox as the PC. I can see the other games we've downloaded digitally on the PC but only Forza Horizon 4 appears on the Xbox.

Halo Reach on the Xbox One is an add-on for Halo: The Master Chief Collection. So it won't show on its own in this games list. He would need Halo: MCC in order to play it.
