XBox Game Fortnight Not Showing up in Microsoft Family Reporting

I can control Xbox with my Microsoft Family Account, like set time limits. But when I get my weekly reports, my son's game times of Fortnight are not showing up. Madden game time is, but no Fortnight game time shows up. How can I fix this. His weekly game
screen time of Fortnight has been showing up on the weekly report all summer, but for the last two months no Fortnight time appears.

Family Activity Report Woes.

Morning all.

I can't seem to obtain activity reports for my child's Xbox one activity through my account. He's set up as a family member in my account. Activity Reporting is switched on and Weekly Emails is also enabled. Did it about fortnight ago? Nothing at all
has come through and I can't select a period of time to view anything from within my own account?

Any clue?

It's doing this for me as well. I just set my son up with a gamertag tied to the Microsoft family. He started playing Fortnight on my gamertag, which still works fine, but he's now receiving the above message on his gamertag.

 

That's interesting. I think we might need to submit it as a bug.

That will get it to the hands of the developers who can take a look and fix the issue. If you have the Xbox Insider app installed on Xbox or Windows 10, you can follow those steps as well to submit that information. Id' be curious if it shows up as being
tracked on other accounts, or if it's a system-wide issue not recognizing it as a game/app. I'm actually going to test this later with my children's account. I'll be sure to update here what I find, but I would definitely recommend submitting the issue you're
seeing to the team. Fornite updates regularly, so it's possible that an update broke a connection somewhere it was being recognized.
