Xbox game error

So whenever I try to launch up a game that I own it says, "Do you own this game or app?" and then gives me the option to go to the Microsoft store, I go to that specific game on the Microsoft store and it says that I do own the game and gives me the option
to play it, I click play and then it asks me if I own it again. I've already tried restarting multiple times, unplugging my xbox, and resetting it while keeping games and apps. So far this is only happening to me when I open rocket league.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Based on the troubleshooting already tried, I recommend troubleshooting your network. Check for any errors that occur when
Testing Network connection and Testing Multiplayer connection

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings.
6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
   Test network connection. Afterwards, Test Multiplayer Connection

If any error message occurs please refer to our
network troubleshooter or our
multiplayer troubleshooter.

Hello, thank you for responding.

Unfortunately, that didn't work both of them said that I was all set and Rocket League is still asking me the question, none of the things above that I tried seemed to work and the only games that I can run right now is Fortnite and Overwatch which take
a lot longer of a time to load then normal. I tried uninstalling it and putting the disc back in to see if it worked and it didn't, it seems like it's not reading the disc at all after being wiped off multiple times.

Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, after reading the information provided I believe the best thing to do would be to try clearing the local saved games on the Xbox. To do so please follow these steps.

Clearing local saved games:

1. Go to Settings on the Xbox One

2. From Settings go to system

3. Then from System go to Storage

4. Storage click on clear local saved games

This should help fix the issue if it doesn't please keep us updated.
