    Xbox game DVR video sizing seems odd....


    I captured game clips for a while now and since 3 days ago it seems the video size seems to shrink. The file still says it's 1920x1080 but it really doesn't look like it.

    As you can see here, there's only a few that still looks like its all filled in. But as you see in those GTA V clips plus one Garry's Mod clip, you'll see a certain amount of black space still left. My games are playing on 1920x1080 on fullscreen.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    I noticed that the screen size seems to be a bit odd though. The actual screen size is 20 inches, but including the frame size it is 22 inches.

    you can find it in onedrive under: images(pictures) and then xbox screenshots and videos under videos and then xbox game dvr.

    Upload studio help

    Go to Skydrive and sign in with the gamer tag's email/password.

    Then click on Pictures and then Xbox Game DVR to find the videos.

    For some reason the Xbox One uploads upload studio videos under your "Pictures" and then "Xbox Game DVR" folder. It would make MUCH more sense to have it under videos, but that is where the uploads are stored.

    Sorry but you cannot record live TV from the Xbox One using DVR. You can only use the DVR to record Xbox One video games.
