    The DVR is not working with below error

    checking the error code, should be this:

    It is confirmed the Game Bar app is running well but just DVR not functioning. Any ideas about the issue?

    In the settings menu there is a Game DVR option, switch it off. This also means the DVR app and "Xbox Record That" won't work.

    Also while I'm playing a game and snap the game dvr my picture to the game goes completely blank and does not show up until I unsnap the game dvr. Xbox record that voice command does not work as well.
