    Xbox Game download


    my download for star wars battlefront 2 is stuck saying:

    -its ready to start

    -is 100% downloaded

    -and is 397.26GB downloaded out of 397.26GB

    - or when its paused downloading it says its downloaded 397.26GB out of 79.75GB

    And when i try start up the game and its in game download tracker saying its 68% done.

    The game is being installed to an external hardrive if that helps, but this hard drive is new and has shown no issues before this.

    does anyone know how digital games downloaded from Xbox gold will work for the games downloaded on the XBOX 360 system? will they be downloaded on the XBOX 1 system?

    You cannot download games on in compatible hardware. An Xbox 360 will not download Xbox one games or series games

    Tried, but didn't work...

    By the way, i tried the following:

    • download exiting game (not game pass) from windows store, able to start the download
    • download game from Steam , able to start the download
    • download game from Epic, able to start the download
    • download game from Origin, able to start the download
    • download game from battle.net, able to start the download
    so to me it seems that only the xbox app is causing issues, is there a way to use the game pass without the xbox app? is there a way to download directly from the Windows store?

    I'm not understanding your post. If a download can't be completed when you have auto downloads enabled, the console shuts off
