XBOX game download blocked space

If the game is unable to download collections it's caused by either not having enough free HD space, your machine has a firewall that's blocking calls made by the game, or your OS needs updating (this doesn't always show until you click the "Check for updates"
a few times.

Ok so i see the issue xbox is saying the game is downloaded but the game isnt actually downloaded the gb space hasnt changed
