    Xbox game disappeared


    So i got a new xbox series s and i tried transferring black ops 2 from my old account to my hard drive i got with the xbox and when i plugged it into my xbox series s it didn’t show up and now it disappeared completely

    Let's see... Disappearing peacekeepers, disappearing digital camos, now disappearing attachments. I kind of expect this stuff to happen with a Treyarch game.

    Sorry to hear about that, however, do you have the game on disc? If so, please note as advertised, Xbox Series S is all-digital, so if you transfer games from your Xbox one to Series S, only digital games would be playable - unless you have the Series X, to insert the disc for its license.

    They dont disappear from your digital inventory you just lose access to them until you renew xbox live

    But even so thats not the case i have Live and my games disappear

    Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)
