    If I want to change from Xbox to PC while still playing the same Xbox games from Microsoft store on PC with the same game data synced to my account, and then sell my Xbox, will my original Xbox game data still be accessible on PC through Xbox Live or be deleted?

    It depends on the games. The game data will still be stored on the cloud, but you will ony be able to access your progress on games that allow cross-saves or are Play Anywhere titles.

    You CAN actually delete your save game data locally on your xbox and leave it in the cloud. Go to your games/apps section in dashboard and go to the game in question. There are options to delete the local save game data and save game data in the cloud. You
    can delete local data or delete local and cloud data.
