    I keep recording things on my xbox, it will upload to xbox live, but instead of beong the 45 secomds i recorded its 8 seconds and has a sad face on it. I need to know how to fix this because ive tried restarting the console, ive deleted things so it will
    upload, but theu still come out at 7-8 seconds and i cant see them.

    on xbox you can just go to your clip gallery and PC you can go to the xbox companion app, click on game clips, then make sure you have either xbox clips or pc clips depending on your platform

    Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Game Clips. To help clarify the issue a bit more:

    • Is this the only game the feature does not work on?
    • What is the error message you are receiving?
    One thing I recommend to check is the OneDrive memory space. Game clips are usually automatically sent to the OneDrive.
